RTT and fuel consumption

Postby spikesworld » Mon Jan 14, 2019 7:20 pm

Hi again

Shouting out to any R50's with roof top tents out there. Considering one as the next addition to my pathy, does anyone know how many L/Km I should expect to lose? Also would like to know that has anyone put one on and regretted it because of the fuel?

Cheers

Note to Spike
R50s aren't well renowned for great fuel economy. I'm sure it will affect it, but to what degree?
Our R50 went up to about 21l/100km when we towed our 800kg camper trailer behind it.
Don't move to a 100 series......
